Profile
Biography
I am in expert in the intersection of agency and sustainability and over the course of my career my research has included work on strategic decisions and growth as well as community spaces. I have published work in world leading journals such as Organization Studies, International Business Review and Sustainability. I work with world leading scholars across the world including Finland and the Netherlands. I am very keen for my research to have broader societal impact and I have worked with Colchester Borough Council on the future of the High Street and have been a strategic advisor on the Colchester Leisure Recovery board. I continue to advise CBC on economic matters. I have also worked with small enterprises as well as the public sector in terms of strategic thinking and sustainability agency. I am currently the Director of Education of Essex Business school and am part of the Senior Management team of EBS. I have a passion for enabling students to receive a transformative Education whatever their starting point and this is reflected in my work as Director of Education.
