What we do

We lead strategic projects delivery (SPD) and inspire change and continuous improvement. We manage projects and support others to deliver projects, in order to achieve the University’s Strategic Plan.

We can support you by:

• Leading initiatives from start to finish, turning ideas into real improvements by guiding projects through every stage of the project lifecycle — from early planning, through delivery, to becoming part of everyday practice (business as usual)
• Helping teams solve problems and improve how they work, providing structured support to departments, professional services, and faculties to understand their needs, analyse challenges, and design practical solutions.
• Facilitating collaborative working both across the University and externally
• Setting project standards and project governance, promoting and embedding our project management framework 
• Supporting decision-making by monitoring the University’s strategic portfolio, helping ensure time and resources are focused on the initiatives with the greatest benefits.
